Usually a medium, but I’d size up

The medium would be great if you like a slim fit, it was a little snug around the wrists and neck with the hood up. I’m going to return it and try a Womens large and men’s medium-because they have better/more colors for the men.

Excellent quality

The fit is amazing. True to size. The part I love most about this shirt I purchased for my wife is the quality and attention to detail. There are small details such as stitching and fabric that most other brands neglect. I liked so much I purchased the men’s for myself. Same shirt!
