Grab your favorite fitting garment & a ruler to measure according to the image above. Apply those values to the table to determine which size will fit you best.
(1) Chest - Measure 1" below armholes from one side to the opposing side.
(2) Body - Measure the highest point on the neck seam to the bottom of the garment.
(3) Sleeve - Measure the center back of the garment to the edge of the sleeve.

I purchased an XL and it fit great. I’m 6’1 220lb and it had nice long sleeves and length at the bottom. If you wanted a more athletic fit you could probably even go one size down.
