Grab your favorite fitting garment & a ruler to measure according to the image above. Apply those values to the table to determine which size will fit you best.
(1) Chest - Measure 1" below armholes from one side to the opposing side.
(2) Body - Measure the highest point on the neck seam to the bottom of the garment.
(3) Sleeve - Measure the center back of the garment to the edge of the sleeve.

I’m a fat guy …. I ordered a 2XL and it fits great. Arms aren’t to tight and I can move around in it. Told my wife it’s my Christmas camo I love it and it will be on in all our Christmas pictures this year
