How do I return or exchange an item purchased directly from marshwearclothing.com?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange within 45 days of your original purchase date. Refunds exclude shipping fees
Items must be in new, unused condition, with tags / stickers still attached and in the original packaging you received the item in.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange or store credit.
Sun Masks - For sanitary reasons all Sun Masks are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will cover the cost of sending back your return/exchange by providing you a pre-paid FedEx SmartPost shipping label.
1. Pack your order in original packaging and include packing slip inside.
2. Place the FedEx SmartPost Return label (received from the return process here) on the outside of your package and be sure to cover up original shipping labels, if any.
3. Place your package in your mailbox or drop it off at your local Post Office. Dropping it off at a FedEx location will ensure a quicker transit time back to our facility.
FedEx SmartPost is currently experiencing shipping delays due to the Pandemic. Please allow 30 business days for your order to be received from the date it is shipped and an additional 3-5 business days for the return to be processed.

What if the product I purchased goes on sale the day after I purchased it?
If an item is purchased on marshwearclothing.com at full price and goes on sale within 30 days of original order date, we will honor the difference in the form of a one-time use voucher code that can be used on our site. Can I return or exchange a Final Sale clothing item from marshwearclothing.com?
All sales are final on Final Sale products from marshwearclothing.com. Final Sale products cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refunds.
For sanitary reasons all Sun Masks are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I keep the Free Gift with Purchase if I return the order?
Free gift with purchase Items must be sent back with your order if your return request is for a refund and is for ALL items originally ordered. If the Free Gift is not returned, the Product value will be deducted from the overall refund due. If you are requesting an exchange there is no need to send back the Free Gift.
Can I return or exchange any Marsh Wear clothing item purchased from a retail store or separate online site?
Unfortunately No. Please take care of any return or exchange issues at the same location you made your purchase.
